Use this form to withdraw from a service while your right of withdrawal still applies (section 9 of our Terms of Service). We email you straight away to confirm the date and time we received it. If you engaged us for a business, trade or profession, you are not a consumer and there is no right of withdrawal; your written agreement governs.
1. Tell Us Which Service
Give your name, the email address where we should send your confirmation, and the service. Then select Confirm cancellation. Your invoice or receipt number helps us find it faster but is not required.
MCEL is a digital brand of Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited (Ireland). We use these details only to handle your request, as the law requires. We keep these records with the engagement record for six (6) years after the end of the financial year. See our Privacy Policy.
2. What Happens Next
- Straight away: you receive an email with a copy of your request and the date and time we received it.
- A service that has been fully performed (a deliverable that has been delivered or a session that has taken place) can no longer be withdrawn from, as you agreed when you paid. If you withdraw before that, you pay for the part of the work carried out up to the time we receive your notice, as a proportion of the full fee, and we refund the rest.
