The Person Behind MCEL
Inga Barkauskaite
Inga brings over 20 years of experience across business operations, taxation, automation, technology systems and strategic planning.
After nearly two decades in the United States — spanning Fortune 500 environments, government sector work, entrepreneurial ventures and technology-focused organisations — she has a practical understanding of how businesses at different scales structure their operations, customer processes and internal workflows.
That cross-industry, cross-sector background is what makes MCEL's approach different: systems are built with business logic first, technology second.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver, an MBA from Regis University, and a Master of Taxation from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
