AI TEAM TRAINING — NEW SERVICE

Your Team, Actually Using AI Well

Most staff have opened ChatGPT. Few use AI productively, and fewer use it safely. MCEL trains your team in live remote sessions, on real tasks from their real jobs — practical skills, honest limitations, and your safe-use rules built in. Wherever your people are, they train together.

THE PROBLEM

The AI Productivity Gap Is a Training Gap

The tools are available to everyone. The results aren't — because using AI well is a learned skill nobody scheduled time to learn.

01

Avoidance

Some staff quietly avoid AI, convinced it's not for them — their productivity stays flat.

02

Bad habits

Others use it constantly but badly: vague prompts, unchecked output, no sense of when not to use it.

03

Unsafe use

Without training, sensitive data ends up in public tools and AI mistakes reach customers.

04

Wasted licences

Businesses pay for AI tools that staff use at a fraction of their value.

WHAT THE TRAINING COVERS

Practical Skills, Taught on Your Real Work

No theory lectures. Attendees bring actual tasks; they leave with those tasks done better and faster.

AI fundamentals, honestly

What these tools are genuinely good at, bad at, and how to tell the difference.

Prompting that works

Giving context, iterating, structuring requests — the difference between garbage and gold.

Role-specific workflows

Emails, documents, summaries, research, spreadsheets — applied to each attendee's actual job.

Judgement and review

When to trust output, when to verify, when not to use AI at all.

Safe use in practice

Your data rules and review points, taught as habits rather than read as policy.

Team playbook

A shared reference of the prompts and workflows that worked, kept after the session.

Sessions run live over video with screen-sharing and hands-on exercises — everyone works in their own tools, wherever they are. On-site delivery is available on request for teams that prefer it.

FAQ

Common Questions

Does hands-on training really work remotely?

Yes — often better. Everyone works in their own tools at their own desk, exercises run through screen-share and breakouts, and nobody loses a day to travel. Distributed and hybrid teams train together in one session.

Our team has mixed skill levels — does that work?

Yes, it's the normal case. Exercises scale by attendee, and the hands-on format means nobody sits through what they already know.

Which AI tools does the training use?

Your approved tools. If you don't have an approved list yet, we'll recommend a sensible starter set — or pair the training with AI Governance.

How many people per session?

Up to about twelve for a genuinely hands-on session. Larger teams split into role-based groups — easy to schedule when sessions are remote.
